Sheezus!

by a.stylist, em 02.06.14

"The second best will never cut it for the Divas

Give me the crown b*tch

I wanna be Sheezus"

Kid ain't one to fuck with when she's only on her debut".

"I've had enough of persecution and conditioning
Maybe it's an instinct, we're only animal
Maybe it's healthy, maybe it's rational
It makes me angry, I'm serious
But then again, I'm just about to get my period
Periods, we all get periods
Every month, yo, that's what the theory is
It's human nature, another cycle
Be nice to me, I'll make you one of my disciples"

Absurdo, certo?

Lilly Allen, queen of sarcasm, launched a controversial single which talks about queens of Pop criticizing the constant comparisons and competition existing between them.

"The second best will never cut it for the Divas
Give me the crown b*tch
I wanna be Sheezus"
(not even Kanye West gets away from this, with his album being called Yeezus) .

Pop's rookie, Lorde, is also entitled to a little gift from Lilly with "Lord smells blood, yeah, she's about to slay you. Kid Is not one to fuck with when she 's only on her debut."

Certainly will not make a big dent given that Lord has also criticized many Pop Divas in her - so far - short career.

Then there's the absurd part comes where Lilly Allen starts talking about Period.

"I've had enough of persecution and conditioning
Maybe it's an instinct, we're only animals
Maybe it's healthy, maybe it's rational
It makes me angry, I'm serious
But then again, I'm just about to get my period
Periods, we all get periods
Every month, yo ,that's what the theory is
It's human nature, another cycle
Be nice to me, I'll make you one of my disciples"

Absurd, right? Yes, but once again Lilly Allen is to criticize stereotypes in that whenever women show that we have our own voice, there is always someone saying "she's just probably with her period ", because truly that is the only reason that leads us to get angry. Getting out Period.

But Lilly Allen not only used her sharp tongue in the lyrics, no, she used the video to expose a whole range of illuminati symbolism that now everybody loves to say that Hollywood is being invading by them and will make all their slaves.
Scared?

What I think is that Lilly Allen enjoys a lot to do what she loves, music and criticize everything and everyone and for me I'm ok with that, I also have my b*tch days.
